Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the departments of our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason whether or not payment has been received by us. If we do refuse your order we will notify you by email, and a refund will be made no later than the next working day - Monday to Friday. 

We accept credit or debit card payment which is processed via the secure online payment services of PayPal UK.

Please note that we do not accept American Express for in-store purchases or orders placed by telephone.

Orders will not be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder together with details of cardholder's registered billing address. You will be given the option to designate a different address for delivery, and we recommend that this be a weekday delivery address where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods - this can be a work address.

Your card will be debited at the time of purchase. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will send you and email advising you of alternatives. If you wish to cancel the order at that stage you may do so, and we will arrange to credit in full any payment via the original method of payment.

You may also send your credit card information by telephone, fax or post.

We currently only process orders through our website from U.K. residents for delivery within the U.K.

Furniture only - FREE delivery within Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire on orders over £150.00.
Orders less than £150.00 and delivery to all other areas, please complete the online form for a quotation.

If you live outwith the U.K. and would like a quotation for delivery, please contact websales@celebrationsofturriff.co.uk  stating which items you are interested in purchasing and including your full address and postal code.

1. You may provide information when you register with us as a visitor or customer. The information you volunteer and the more accurate it is the better we are able to customise your experience and meet your requirements.

2. You may provide information when communicating with us, such as reporting a problem. If you contact or telephone us we may keep a record of that communication for the purposes of training and to assist in the provision of our services to you.

3. You may order products or services and give your name, email address, telephone contact number, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date so that your order can be processed and delivered (where appropriate).

4. If you enter a competition or promotion we may ask for name, address, and telephone contact number and email address.

5. We will collect information about your tastes and preferences when you tell us what these are and by analysis of customer traffic, including by use of cookies.

6. It may be that some of the personal information you give us (for instance about your lifestyle) is sensitive personal data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended. Any such information ("sensitive information" will be dealt with as below.

7. It may be that you provide us details of credit and debit cards or bank accounts. Any such information ("confidential financial information") will be deal with as below.

8. We may use personal information collected about you to personalise your visits to our website and recommend goods and services to you. We also use the information to help us develop the design and layout of our website and your experience as a customer or visitor.

9. We may use personal information collected about you to let you know about functionality changes to our website or changes to our terms and conditions.

10. We may use the personal information collected about you to let you know about new goods, services, which might be of interest to you. 11. With the exception of sensitive personal information and confidential information, your personal information may be passed to a third party in order to fulfil your order. By submitting your personal information to us you consent to this transfer.

12. We may provide aggregate statistics about our sales, customers, traffic patterns and other site information to third parties, but these statistics will not include any information that could personally identify you.

13. We may disclose your personal data if we are either compelled to do so by law, or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by a law enforcement or government authority.

14. We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent to be a customer or visitor, and then we will retain and use the data for one year following termination unless you advise us otherwise upon which either event we will delete it from our systems.
