Back to top Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the departments of our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Orders will not be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder together with details of cardholder's registered billing address. You will be given the option to designate a different address for delivery, and we recommend that this be a weekday delivery address where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods - this can be a work address. Back to top Delivery Schedule Orders are processed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. We aim to process and despatch each order within 3 working days of receipt using the online traceable delivery services or Royal Mail or an alternative courier. All products are guaranteed for twelve months from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated, against failure to provide reasonable wear due to defective workmanship or materials, as long as the product is only used for the intended purpose. This guarantee excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse, in addition to natural wear and tear or ageing. This guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser, and cannot be passed on should the item be sold at a future date. In the event of a product failing under guarantee, please email us with details of the product fault, and date of purchase. Back to top Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of despatch, provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition with the original labels and any seals still intact. Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or personalised on behalf of the customer, such as furniture, carpets and made to measure clothing. All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery. For your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service which offers adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as we regret we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit. If an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods in order that we can arrange for their return and issue a replacement. Once an item has been used we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault owing to defective workmanship or materials. Upon receipt of your email we will supply you with a returns form and authorisation number which should be included in the parcel with the goods you are returning. Refunds will only be issued via the original method of payment once we have received and inspected the product. The cost of sending out a replacement or exchange will be charged at the standard delivery rate.
